I went to go get blonde highlights in my dark brown hair. The guy who did my hair used a cap instead of foils so my hair turned out awful. I had orange spots all over my head because he used a cap. I found out after that caps should only be used on mens hair. The guy was rude and made mean comments about my apperance. He was lebanese and was talking lebanese with the other people which made me feel uncomfortable cause they were all laughing and looking at me funny. I was very unhappy and was still asked to pay full price for my service. I will never go back and suggest that no one goes there. I honestly give them a 0/10. I don't think they went to school for hair and just got hired because it is a family owned salon.
